The CleverNead Corp ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through https://thecleverneadcorp.com (the "website"), in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us or use the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, areas of interest and message. When you apply through the careers form, we also collect the role you are interested in, your years of experience, an optional profile link and note, and your CV.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request) to operate and secure the website.
This website does not currently use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Website forms
The enquiry and careers forms send what you submit, over an encrypted connection, as an email to our company mailbox. Submissions and CVs are not stored on the web server. You are asked to agree to this use before sending, and no copy is emailed to you; the confirmation is shown on screen.
To protect the forms from spam and abuse, the server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address with the times of your form requests, and a scrambled fingerprint of each message sent so that duplicates are not emailed twice. Both are deleted within 24 hours. The forms set no cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it.
- To evaluate and manage potential business relationships, including partnerships and recruitment.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting and email), who may process it only on our behalf, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. Careers applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months so we can contact you about matching projects, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal limits. To make a request or ask a question about this policy, email info@thecleverneadcorp.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
